Rule 160
Power to maintain order and discipline in committee
(1) The chairman shall have all the rights of the chairman in accordance with this regulation to maintain peace, order and discipline in the meeting of the committee and to conduct the meeting of the committee in an orderly manner in relation to the committee and the members of the committee. shall not be deemed to have been expelled or suspended. (2) If any member of the committee is expelled or suspended after the exercise of the right under sub-rule (1), the chairman shall give notice of the same to the chairman.
